IMD issues cyclone alert for Andhra Pradesh and south Odisha coasts

Odisha has kept 302 rescue teams on standby and closed educational institutions in Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput and Malkangiri on Wednesday and Thursday.
