Hardcopy notes
If a hardcopy item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Ebook / PDF notes
Because digital notes are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, ebook and PDF purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where the file is genuinely defective or does not match its description.
How to request a refund
Email topscorenotes@gmail.com or call +91 87919 76106 with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
